Watched it twice looking specifically for this. Nothing. No platform card at the end beyond the two consoles, no small print, no frame rate mention, nothing about a Pro mode.
Asking in case someone paused something I did not. Otherwise the answer is that forty minutes of gameplay contained zero information for anyone not already buying a console version lol

Confirming the same. The end card is the two consoles and the date. That is the entire technical content of forty minutes.
The absence of technical information is itself information about who this footage was for, and it was not for us.
For what it is worth this is exactly what a Rockstar showing has always looked like. They have never used a gameplay reveal to talk about hardware.
