Trying to get this straight. You point the phone at a parked car and it shows you value, registration cost, whether it is locked, and whether it has an alarm or a tracker.
So is that a scouting tool for theft, or is it a legitimate app in world that you are misusing? And does the tracker warning mean the car gets flagged after you take it? Nobody has explained the tracker part.

My guess is the tracker means the owner reports it faster, which ties straight into the report before wanted level system. Guess though.
