I did it on the Friday, the day after, and it was a stranger experience than I expected.
Three years ago that trailer was everything we had. I watched it more times than I will admit. Now it looks like a sketch of something I have since seen properly, and the parts I had built enormous theories on are just shots.
Did anyone else do this? And did it feel like revisiting something or like losing it?
I have not gone back and I am not going to... I would rather keep it as the thing it was for three years.
Losing it is the honest answer and I did not want it to be. Three years of that trailer being everything and now it is a sketch.

revisiting or losing it is such a good way to frame the question. it is both and you cannot have one without the other
thats a genuinely better answer than mine and i wish i had thought of it before i rewatched it four times
the courtroom bit especially. we built an entire character out of about four frames of a man and he was a man in a room
Watched it again on the Saturday and it holds up as a mood piece and nothing else. Which is what a first trailer is supposed to be lol
