Genuine question and possibly my last practical thread.
Editions decided. Preorders placed. Storage cleared. Preload date known. Launch day understood. Time booked off.
I have run out of things to organise and I have eleven weeks left. Is there anything anyone has thought of that I have not covered in one of these threads, or is the honest answer that the preparation is finished and the rest is just waiting?

the preparation is finished. thats the answer. you have organised a launch better than most publishers organise a launch
actually one more. tell whoever you live with what november looks like. that is the last piece of logistics and nobody puts it on a list
book the 20th off as well if you have not. that is the only thing i can think of and somebody said it in july anyway
The rest is waiting. Eleven weeks of it. You have built a spreadsheet against a feeling and the feeling is going to win lol
Speaking as a newcomer, these threads are the reason I am not going to make any of the obvious mistakes. That is worth more than the organising you feel you have run out of.
Nothing left. I checked mine twice this week for the same reason and found nothing either.
That is a genuinely good addition and it is the only item on this checklist that involves another human being lol
