Rockstar's site says the game plays best on PS5 and lists the Pro alongside the base console. That is the extent of what exists.
No resolution target, no frame rate target, no statement about a Pro specific mode. Given that this is the biggest launch of the generation, the silence is unusual. Has anyone seen anything I have not?

Nothing beyond the plays best line, which is marketing copy rather than a specification. No frame rate target has been given for any platform.
Worth noting they have never published performance targets before a launch. RDR2's console modes were only detailed in reviews. This silence is normal for them even if it is unusual for the industry.
Which will be about four days before launch and by then everyone will have preordered, which is the actual reason for the silence.
Expect a performance mode and a fidelity mode because every game does now. Expect no announcement until the embargo lifts.
Being cynical about it and being right about it are not mutually exclusive here.
