genuinely asking. they showed 40 plus minutes of story and not one word about Online. I have 11 years and a stupid amount of money in the current one. is it launching with the game or are we waiting another year

For the record on carryover: nothing has been said about money, vehicles or progress transferring, and the current Online economy is still being actively supported, including the GTA plus deposit tied to preorders. Those two facts together suggest the current game is not being wound down at launch, which makes a same day transfer less likely rather than more.

they showed 40 minutes of a single player game because they are selling a single player game right now. online marketing is a separate campaign, thats been true since 2013
