do we think the chapters are gonna be by region

chapters got mentioned and six regions exist. its an obvious guess and obvious guesses are usually wrong but i want to say it out loud anyway

rdr2 chapters moved you to a new camp in a new place each time. same idea here would mean the map opens region by region
