is the 80 hours the main story or main story plus everything

I keep seeing 80 hours quoted like it is the campaign length. What was actually said is that a developer's own playthrough took about 80 hours and it included the main story plus some optional stuff that has story consequences.

That is not the same claim. A developer knows where everything is. A developer does not spend 40 minutes trying to park a boat. So realistically, is 80 the floor or the ceiling for a normal person?
