I do not think there was. Narration over gameplay throughout, a couple of moments that could have been scripted sequences, and nothing that was clearly a cutscene with a camera you do not control.
Either they have made a deliberate choice to show only gameplay, which is the charitable read, or they are avoiding the RDR2 pacing conversation entirely lol
or its just that gameplay is what everyone was demanding after two cinematic trailers and there is no deeper meaning
You are right, there is not one. Every sequence is playable footage with narration. The two moments that look scripted are both short and both keep the gameplay camera.
The car conversation is arguably the answer. That is a cutscene that you are driving through, which is the thing RDR2 invented and everyone argued about.
Showing only gameplay for forty minutes after three years of cinematic trailers is a statement about what they think the criticism of the last game was.
