They played Def Leppard and Cliff Richard and Phil Collins in the Extended Look, which is a lot of older music for a game set now. Could be trailer licensing only. Could be a hint. Someone talk me down or wind me up.

Trailer licensing and radio licensing are separate deals, so the presence of those fourteen tracks tells us nothing definitive about stations. Worth keeping in mind before anyone builds a tracklist.
modern vice city would 100 percent have a classic rock station, every real city does. thats not even nostalgia thats just how radio works
