Coming at this from RDR2 rather than GTA. In that game hunting had pelts, quality tiers, a whole crafting chain, and it changed how you moved through the world.
Here we know the park exists and that hunting and fishing are mentioned. Has anyone seen anything that suggests there is an actual loop attached, or is it a shooting gallery with deer in it.

Fishing, hunting and off road trails were all called out for that region. There is no evidence of a crafting chain or pelt quality system. My read is that it is a real activity with progression attached rather than an RDR2 depth system, but that is a read, not a fact.
To be clear I would be happy either way. I just want to calibrate my expectations before launch rather than after.

The scuba and kayaking mentions make me think these activities are a category rather than one offs. You do not build a swimming and diving system for one mission.
That is the answer I was hoping for. A category rather than a novelty.
Please let there be a fishing spot list. I need something to do for hours that is not a mission.
