Can you play it with someone in the room who has not seen anything

Odd question. My partner does not play games and has absorbed a certain amount of this by proximity over three years, mostly against her will.

She has said she would like to watch the opening. Which means I need to know whether the opening is the kind of thing you can watch with someone, or whether it is going to be forty minutes of me driving badly and apologising.

Probably unanswerable until November. Posting it anyway.
