Every county name visible on road signage so far

Two confirmed from signage: Vice-Dale County and Kelly County.

That is it. Everything else in the map threads is people reading blurry text or repeating something they saw in a thumbnail. If you have a frame with a third county name legible, post the timestamp and I will add it.

The blurry thumbnail problem is going to get much worse in the next month. Threads like this are the only defence.
