Electric Fang Tattoo is one of the named businesses so they exist. What I want to know is whether tattoos are a customisation system you use, or a shop you own in Ultimate and nothing more.
San Andreas had tattoos and nothing since has bothered... it would be a strange thing to name a business after and then not implement.
The pattern holds across the other four. Every named business corresponds to a customisation category that exists in the games already. Tattoos are the only one that has been dormant.
Nothing clearly identifiable as a tattoo shop in the montage. Electric Fang is named in the edition copy and that is the entirety of the evidence.
with the body changing over time and hair growing, tattoos are the obvious third thing in that set
naming a tattoo business and then not letting you get tattoos would be genuinely bizarre so im calling it as a system
Dormant since San Andreas which is a very long time to leave a system in a drawer... good to have a reason to think it is back.
