How much do we actually know about the plot, honestly (5)

Following up on an older thread with the same question.

Setting, two leads, Leonida, a relationship at the center of it. That is close to everything Rockstar has confirmed. What else in that list is confirmed rather than assumed, because I keep seeing assumptions repeated as fact.
