Cover is visible and he is snapped to it. There is a distinct shoulder position and a lean out for the shot rather than a free stance.
Weapon wheel is visible too, so the whole combat interface is closer to their previous games than to anything new.
good, cover shooting plus the slow motion aiming is going to feel great
