Bumping this because I still do not have an answer.

Beachfront, downtown, out in the swamp. Give me your guess and why. I want somewhere with a garage and no neighbors.

I would bet on three or four safehouses across the state rather than a dozen.

Water counts if you can drive a boat on it, and here you clearly can. So yes, it is bigger.
