Sorry, beginner question again. I watched the whole thing and I could follow what was happening on screen but I did not understand what most of it meant.
People here are talking about wanted level changes and criminal profiles and switching, and I could not have told you any of that was happening from watching. Is there a version of what was shown written for someone with no background?

That is a completely reasonable thing to not have picked up, because almost none of it was stated on screen. Most of what this forum is discussing came from written previews published the same day rather than from the footage itself.
Short version of what was actually shown: two protagonists you swap between, police who have to identify you before they can chase you properly, robberies where you choose between speed and payout, a phone that does a lot, and a very large map. Everything else is context people have added.
You had not. The gap between what was shown and what is being discussed is much larger than usual this time.

Worth saying plainly: watching the footage and understanding half of it is the correct outcome. The people who understood all of it read three articles first.
