This is the one region identification I keep going back and forth on.
The boat sections show open water with land visible on one side and occasionally on both. An island chain would give you land on both sides consistently at some point. General coastline would not.
I can find frames that support either reading, which usually means neither is supported. Has anyone got something conclusive?

no bridges is the tell. you cannot show the keys without showing a bridge, that is the whole visual identity of the place

Speaking as the resident water obsessive: nothing in the boat footage is conclusive. The Keys would give you a very specific look, low flat islands in a line with bridges, and that has not appeared.
That settles it for me. Coastline, not the Keys. Which takes my confirmed region count down to three and a half.
I have the same problem. There are two frames with land on both sides but the horizon geometry could be a bay rather than a channel.
