Following up on the road sign in the repeated street

Somebody spotted that the same stretch of road appears twice from opposite directions, and that there is a road sign visible in both.

I have spent two days on this. The sign is legible enough to establish it is the same sign. It is not legible enough to read, and without knowing this world's sign dimensions it gives me an object of unknown size in two frames.

So: it confirms the two shots are the same location, which is genuinely useful for the edit, and it gives us nothing for scale. Reporting the negative result because somebody should.
