Do you expect a character switch wheel like GTA V had (3)

Asked this elsewhere and got nothing useful, trying here.

V let you drop into any of the three whenever you wanted. With two leads who seem to move together most of the time, I am not sure the same wheel makes sense. What have people worked out from the trailers.
