The map post, final pre launch version

Co-signed by several people in the thread where I proposed it. This is what is actually known.

Setting: the state of Leonida, based on Florida.

Six named regions: Vice City, Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia, Mount Kalaga National Park.

Named districts of Vice City: Ocean Beach, Little Cuba, the Stockyard, Crosstown, the VC Port. Named counties: Vice-Dale, Kelly.

Size: roughly three times Red Dead Redemption 2's map, with Vice City about twice Los Santos. Both figures come from one interview with one Rockstar developer, and neither has been independently confirmed.

Shown in footage: Vice City extensively, Grassrivers clearly, and a run down coastal area that is almost certainly Port Gellhorn. Not shown at all: the Keys, Ambrosia, Mount Kalaga.

Not known: layout, adjacency, travel times, the road network, or whether the wetland is traversable by car.

Every map diagram you have seen fills in that last paragraph with guesses. Some of the guesses are good. None of them is evidence.
