Asked this elsewhere and got nothing useful, trying here.

A smaller map where every block has something in it beats a huge one with filler. V got this right in Los Santos and got it wrong in the north. VI has a chance to fix that.

I would bet on three or four safehouses across the state rather than a dozen.

I counted at least four distinct biomes in the second trailer. That is more variety than V had at launch.

Water counts if you can drive a boat on it, and here you clearly can. So yes, it is bigger.
