Small thing but I keep thinking about it. If there is a working ride hail app in the phone, can you call a car, get in, and go somewhere while the game drives?
Because that changes what a mission can be. You could have a whole conversation in the back of a car you are not steering. Or you could just use it to get home drunk which is very funny to me.

It is described as a service that lets you travel without driving. Whether that means a full ride you sit through or a fade to black has not been shown either way.

The drunk use case is the real one. Rockstar has been trying to make drunk driving funny and inconvenient for twenty years and this finally solves it.
Also would it cost money. Small thing but if it costs money then it interacts with the whole robbery economy
in online this is going to be a griefing tool within a week
