Rideout Customs is a body shop, Sara's is a salon, Electric Fang is a tattoo place, Stock 305 sounds like clothing. One-Eyed Willie's could be a bar, a bait shop, a dive, anything. Anyone got a read on it?
Owning your own local is a much better reason to buy a business than owning a body shop, and I say that as someone who bought both.

Bar or a dive on the water. The name has a nautical quality to it that fits the Keys more than it fits Vice City.
