The quiet period is genuinely the hardest part of being a fan of anything

Fourteen months between Trailer 1 and any meaningful follow up. Then Trailer 2, then a delay, then another delay, then months of nothing again.

I have been through this with games before and the pattern is always the same. The community turns inward. We stop analysing the game and start analysing each other. Every thread becomes a thread about the threads.

Not complaining. Just noting that we are in that phase and it is worth being aware of it.
