The electric scooter is the funniest thing in the entire showing

Forty minutes of muscle cars, boats, dirt bikes and helicopters, and then a rental scooter that somebody has clearly abandoned on a pavement.

It is the most accurate detail in the game. Every real city has forty of them lying in the road. Somebody at Rockstar fought for that and I hope they got a raise lol
