Cal Hampton is the most dangerous character in this game and nobody is talking about it

Man sits at home with a police scanner and beers and believes everything he reads online. In any other story he is comic relief. In a Rockstar story he is the guy who accidentally knows something true and cannot tell which of his four hundred theories it is.

His official blurb literally poses the question of what if everything online were true. That is not a joke setup. That is a plot device.
