The thing on the far quay has been independently identified by three people as the same thing, which is the only standard of evidence this forum accepts.

We still are not saying what it is. Not because it is exciting but because all three of us privately think it is probably a crane, and none of us wants to be the person who wrote four hundred words about a crane.
