It appears on lists as Ultimate Edition content and it also appears on lists as Jason's personal vehicle. Those are different claims and I would like to know which one has a source.
My reading of the edition copy is that the Ganado belongs to Jason and the edition adds modifications to it, but I would not bet on that reading and I do not want it in a list until someone can point at the text.
I have gone through the edition text three times and my reading matches yours. The Ganado is his and the edition adds modifications. But the text is ambiguous enough that I would not put it in a list either.
Same reading. The kayak has the same ambiguity, incidentally. It is listed in a way that could be an item or could be a modification to an item he already owns.
Then both go in the unresolved column and stay there. I would rather the list say unresolved in November than say something wrong in July.
Marketing copy is written to sound appealing, not to be parsed. That is the actual problem with every one of these threads.
