Florida is the weather state. Afternoon storms every day in summer, and the obvious dramatic option that everyone is thinking about and nobody has confirmed.
I have gone through all the official material and I cannot find a single line about dynamic weather, let alone storms. RDR2 had weather doing real work. Has anyone found anything, or is this genuinely unaddressed?
Nothing official. I have looked for this specifically because water and weather interact and the Keys would be a completely different place in bad conditions.
That is a fair point and it cuts both ways. Either they are saving it, or dynamic weather is less prominent than everyone assumes.
The absence is interesting on its own. Weather is the kind of thing marketing usually shows because it photographs well.
Coming to this late but the obvious dramatic option is the one thing I would expect them to hold back entirely, because it is the sort of thing that gets a moment rather than a mention.

Wet roads change handling and every one of their games has had rain. I would treat rain as close to certain and anything more dramatic as completely unknown.
