It reads as a Dinka in the badge shape but the tank is wrong for an Enduro. Longer travel on the forks, knobbier tires, and the exhaust routes high on the right. Could be a new model or a variant.
I am not confident enough to call it. Anyone got a cleaner frame around that section.

Settling my own thread: I am calling it unidentified. Dinka badge is likely, model is not determinable from available frames. I would rather have an empty row in the list than a wrong one.
Long travel forks and high exhaust reads dual sport rather than pure enduro to me. Could be a variant of the Enduro rather than a new model, they do that a lot.
Whatever it is, it is the correct bike for that region and I am glad they did not put a superbike in a dead strip mall.
The badge shape is the strongest evidence and I would not go further than that publicly. Half the vehicle IDs floating around right now are wishful thinking.
