Both delays aged well and I was one of the loudest people saying otherwise

In May last year I wrote something in a delay thread about how a company sitting on the biggest game in history should be able to hit a date. I stand by the frustration and I was wrong about the substance.

What we have got since is a firm date that has been reaffirmed, an editions reveal that landed cleanly, and a gameplay showing scheduled. That is a company that knows what it has. The version of this that shipped in 2025 would have been a different and worse game.

Posting this now rather than after the 27th so nobody can say I only came round because the footage was good.
