Scroll this place for ten minutes and you would think the game was called Vice City again. Five sixths of the state is being ignored because it does not have a skyline in it.
The best hours you spent in GTA V were not in Los Santos. They were somewhere off the 68 at night with the radio on. Same will be true here.

In fairness the city is what has been shown. You cannot expect a community to analyse footage that does not exist yet. Ask again on August 28.
The park is the one I am watching. If it has the density of the Grizzlies in RDR2 rather than the emptiness of the GTA V countryside then this is a different game entirely.
Preaching to the converted here but yes. The Keys and the park are going to be where the game actually breathes and this place will discover that in December.
the countryside in V was empty because there was nothing to do out there. thats not a map problem thats a content problem
