Declasse or nothing
Whether the scanning app has an owner field. I am aware this is the smallest possible thing to be waiting for.
Launch week for a Rockstar single player game is usually smooth. It is Online launches that go badly, and that is not happening on the 19th.
If that is how it works then this is the most integrated design they have ever shipped and none of it was explained on screen.
The cars he wants are a stars and stripes Deviant, a Riata off road truck and similar. That is a taste, and a taste is characterisation.
Two evenings for the controls, then stop. That is the version of the advice that actually helps.
That is a cleaner structure, thanks. Splitting it.
On the value question: damaging a car is stated to lower its resale value, and the app shows a value before you take it. The most likely reading is that those are the same number and damage reduces it, but nobody has shown a fence transaction on screen.
Weapon wheel is visible too, so the whole combat interface is closer to their previous games than to anything new.
Confirming the two shots are the same location is not nothing either. It tells you something about how the footage was assembled.
This is why the night footage reads as a road and not as a shiny floor, which is how most games render wet tarmac.
This. If you are in a hurry you pull someone out of a moving car like always. The slim jim is for when you want that specific car sitting in that specific driveway, and in that situation the friction is the point.
That is worth saying out loud before November, because the comparison shots in December are going to be brutal and mostly unfair.
My guess is the tracker means the owner reports it faster, which ties straight into the report before wanted level system. Guess though.
You were also not entirely wrong. The concern was legitimate, the premise was just incomplete, and that is a different thing from being wrong.
This is what this forum is for and it started as somebody noticing a road looked familiar.
Registering a stolen car through an app is exactly the kind of joke this game would make and exactly the kind of system it would build to support it.
Seamless interiors at this scale would be an enormous technical claim and nobody at Rockstar has made it, which is usually the answer.
For what it is worth, the design incentive points short. Friction is only good if you accept it, and nobody accepts fifteen seconds twice.
With slow motion aiming and weak point targeting there is more to practise than there used to be, which is at least an argument for the range having a purpose.
Which means the duration question is unanswerable and it is the only question that matters for whether it is fun or tedious.
